Dental software is typically utilitarian — designed by engineers, for workflows, not people. SmileCraft wanted a system that their staff would enjoy using and their patients would trust. The interface needed to handle complex scheduling, treatment planning, and billing without overwhelming anyone.

We studied how dental teams actually move through their day. The interface adapts: morning view shows the day's schedule at a glance, treatment rooms show the active patient's history, and the billing screen simplifies insurance into plain language. Calming teal accents replace the clinical sterility of typical medical software. Every interaction respects the user's attention.
